Twenty minutes in the wood-fired sauna. Cedar, gentle löyly heat, and the slow loosening of everything you carried in with you.
Cold
Two minutes in the cold plunge. The cold quickens the blood, steadies the mind, and leaves a deep, clear calm in its wake.
Rest
